Conflict Resolution

When people are in conflict, they often bring a highly charged emotional load into a meeting. Graphically recording the content allows the parties to see that they are being heard, validating their feelings and defusing the intensity of the conflict. Alison’s training and experience in mediation and conflict management help her dig through what is actually being said to seek out what lies beneath the surface, and to help the parties begin to talk to each other with new understanding and a way to find commonality.
